Ingredients:
🍥Basmati Rice - 1 1/2 cup (cooked)
🍥Onion - 1 medium sized (dized)
🍥Tomato -2 medium sized (Chopped)
🍥Green Chill-1 (Finley chopped)
🍥Red Chilli Powder-1 1/2 tbsp
🍥Turmeric Powder-1/4 tbsp
🍥Curry Masala-1/2 tbsp
🍥Tomato ketchup-1 tbsp
🍥Salt -To Taste

Method:

  • In a Pan heat oil and Temper with cumin seeds
  • Then add Sliced Onions and saute till golden brown
  • Then Add Tomato,Green Chill and cook till tomatoes are soft
  • Then add all the masala items and cook for sometime
  • Now add the tomato Sauce and let it cook for 1 min
  • Then add the cooked rice and mix well garnish with mint and coriander leaves
