Gongura leaves -1 bunch(big)
Green chilles- 7
Onion- 1 small size
Salt - to taste
For tempering :
Gingely oil - 3-4 tbsp
Mustard seeds -1tbsp
Channa dal - 1/2 tbsp (optional)
Red chillies -2
Astoftedia -1/2 tbsp
Method:
In a big pan add some oil and then add the chillies and washed gongura leaves...
Keep the flame in low and add 1/4 cup water
Close the pen with a lid and wait for about 3-4 mind of until I find softened gongura
Now switch off the flame and add the onions and jeera
Now transfer all the contents to a mixi had and blend to a smooth paste
Now in the kadai add gingely oil once it's not add mustard seeds...once it's completely popped add Channa dal and red chillies
saute for 1 min then add astofotedia powder
Pour the tempering to the blended gongra or vice versa
Serve with hot rice...
