INGREDIENTS :
- Drained Water From horse Gram : 1 Cup
- Tomato -1
- Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
- Toor Dal - 1/2 tbsp
- Curry Leaves - 1 strand
- Black Pepper - 1 tbsp
- jeera - 1/4 tbsp
- Tamarind - 1 small lemon size
- Musturd - for seasoning
- Astoftedia(Hing) - 1 pinch
- Garlic - 1 pod
- Salt For Taste
METHOD :
- In the cup of drained Horse gram Water add the tamrind ,tomato,crushed garlic and keep it aside
- Dry roast the remaining ingredients expect astofotedia and musturd and make a corse powder
- now add the powder to the HG water and mash all the ingredients together with ur hand
- In a Kadai heat oil and splatter musturd seeds and curry leaves
- then poured the readilly kept HG mixture and wait till the bubbles are formed
- switch off the stove and garnisg with coriander leaves
- mix with cooked rice and enjoy....................
Notes:
- It is a very good medicine for Cold
- can be taken like soup
