INGREDIENTS :


  • Drained Water From horse Gram : 1 Cup
  • Tomato -1
  • Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Toor Dal  - 1/2 tbsp
  • Curry Leaves - 1 strand
  • Black Pepper - 1 tbsp
  • jeera - 1/4 tbsp
  • Tamarind - 1 small lemon size
  • Musturd - for seasoning
  • Astoftedia(Hing) - 1 pinch
  • Garlic - 1 pod
  • Salt For Taste

METHOD :

  • In the cup of drained Horse gram Water add the tamrind ,tomato,crushed garlic and keep it aside
  • Dry roast the remaining  ingredients expect astofotedia and musturd and make a corse powder
  • now add the powder to the HG water and mash all the ingredients together with ur hand
  • In a Kadai heat oil and splatter musturd seeds and curry leaves
  • then poured the readilly kept HG mixture and wait till the bubbles are formed
  • switch off the stove and garnisg with coriander leaves
  • mix with cooked rice and enjoy....................
Notes:
  • It is a very good medicine for Cold
  • can be taken like soup
