Raw rasam from the tile itself says no cooking needed ... this is a very popular south Indian dishes... mostly found in villages ... this is one instant dish which gives full energy

Ingredients :

Sambar Onions - 4 tbsp (Finley chopped)
Tomato -1 (Finley chopped)
Green Chilli - 1 (Finley chopped)
Tamarind pulp - 1 tbsp
Salt -to taste
Coriander leaves - for garnish
Dhal water-2 cups (water drained after cooking dhal .. any dhal can be used i used tur dhal .. as was making sambar out of it)

Method:

Its as simple as possible

Just put all the ingredients in a serving bowl and mash it with hands .. please dont use any thing else only your hands as we need to squeeze all the ingredients so well ...so the taste of all those ingredients enters the dhal water ....

If you guys dont have dhal water you are free to use normal water ... dhal water gives the extra taste which i love...

Seriously guys please try this and say your opinion on the comment section below ...
