Ingredients :
- Peanut (Dry roasted without Skin) - 1/2 Cup
- Red Chillies - 3-4
- Curry Leaves - 4-5 leaves
- Salt
For Tempering :
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Method :
- In a mixi jar add the peanuts , red chilles ,curry leaves and salt
- Make a fine paste by adding some water
- Transfer the mixture to the serving bowl
- In a kadai temper the oil with mustard seeds and pour it to the chutney
- Peanut chutney ready
