Ingredients :

  • Peanut (Dry roasted without Skin) - 1/2 Cup
  • Red Chillies - 3-4
  • Curry Leaves - 4-5 leaves
  • Salt
For Tempering : 
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tbsp

Method :
  • In a mixi jar add the peanuts , red chilles ,curry leaves and salt
  • Make a fine paste by adding some water
  • Transfer the mixture to the serving bowl
  • In a kadai temper the oil with mustard seeds and pour it to the chutney
  • Peanut chutney ready
