- Boiled and mashed Potato - 1cup
- Finely Chopped Onions - 1
- Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
- Balk Salt-For taste
- Kasturi methi - 2 tbsp
For Dough :
- Whole Wheat Flour - 2 cup
- Salt - to taste
- oil 3 tbsp
- water - as needed
Method:
- Mix all ingredients under the fillinf part and keep it aside in a bowl
- Make a chapati like dough using all the ingredients under the dough section
- Using a chapathi roller flatten the dough wich are made in to big balls to 3 inc
- Now keep a table spoon full of the mixed potato filling and keep it in the center of the flattened chapathi dough
- Now close the dough and make it back to a ball
- now roll it to a thick chapathi
- In a dosa Pan Put the chapathis and cook both sides untill they are cooked well
