Ingredients :

For filling:

  • Boiled and mashed Potato - 1cup
  • Finely Chopped Onions - 1
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
  • Balk Salt-For taste
  • Kasturi methi - 2 tbsp
For Dough :
  • Whole Wheat Flour - 2 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • oil 3 tbsp
  • water - as needed
Method:
  • Mix all ingredients under the fillinf part and keep it aside in a bowl
  • Make a chapati like dough using all the ingredients under the dough section
  • Using a chapathi roller flatten the dough wich are made in to big balls to 3 inc
  • Now keep a table spoon full of the mixed potato filling and keep it in the center of the flattened chapathi dough
  • Now close the dough and make it back to a ball
  • now roll it to a thick chapathi
  • In a dosa Pan Put the chapathis and cook both sides untill they are cooked well
