Two naughty nephews coming to home and u need to serve them something of their kind ....
Since its a sudden arrival could not plan before......
then came the idea of this pizza dosa

Ingredients:

  • Idly/Dosa Batter - 1 cup
  • Tomato Sauce - 3-4 tbsp
  • Cube Cheese or Processed Cheese  Grated - 2
  • Toppings - as u wish ( I used Diced Onions,Capsicum,Panner,olives)
  • Oil - As needed
  • Italian seasoning - 1/2 tbsp
Methods:
  • Heat the Dosa tawa or iron skillet in the Stove 
  • Add a tbsp of oil in the tawa
  • pour the cup of dosa batter in skillet and make it like a uthapam
  • cover it with a lid and let it cook for 1/2 min
  • switch the stove to a low flame
  • Then takeaway the lid and spread the tomato sauce on the tawa
  • now spread half of the grated cheese and Italian seasonings
  • Then add your favorite toppings
  • again add the rest of the grated cheese and Italian seasoning
  • cover the dosa with the lid again and let it cook for another 2-3 mins or until the cheese get melted
  • Veg pizza dosa is ready
No need any extra side dish as we have already given enough ketchup in the recipe itself
The kids loved it...............

Notes :
  • The batter can be changed from dosa batter to wheat or maida batter to give more pizza experience
  • cheese can also be changed to mozerella
