Ingredients:


  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Vegetable/Olive Oil - 1 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - To taste
Method:

  • Add Milk salt and pepper in a Blender and mix well
  • Then Add the oil Little By Little till the mixture gets a creamy consistensy
  • homemade mayo ready
Notes:
  • These cannot be stored for long and should be used immediatley
  • In case of storage u can add 1/4 tbsp of lemon juice or vinegar,but it gives a sour taste
