Ingredients:
- Spring Roll Sheets - 10 nos
- Onions Chopped - 3
- Poha or Flattened Rice - 1/2 cup
- Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala - 1/4 tbsp
- Chat masala - 1/4 tbsp
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - For Deep Frying
Method :
- In a Bowl add Onions, Poha ,Chilli powder,garam masala,chat masala and salt and mix well
- Mix a tbsp of maida with water to form a thick paste and keep it aside
- Take a Spring roll sheet and cut it in three equal pieces diagonally
- Then Fold one of the cutted sheets as triangles
- When the sheets are folded till the end u will find a pocket like formation
- To that pocket add the Onion mixture
- Now seal the Samosa with maida and water mixture
- Now Heat oil in a kadai or deep fryer and deep fry the samosas
